Things I like about Imperial Manor: Newer, attractive, easy care flooring, Lots of closet space, lots of bathroom cupboards. It’s a clean, smoke-free, quiet building. The managers are very friendly. Free washer and dryer. Close to schools, the library, and museum

I have lived in Imperial Manor for 6 years. The location is ideal and the building is well kept and secure. The property managers are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any issue that arise.

I have been a tenant of the Country Apts. for 24 years. I love living here because it is in an ideal location and close to downtown and my work. The building is always maintained inside and out. During my 24 years here, they have also maintained my apartment with new floors, cupboards, carpet and painting the entire apartment. I have no desire to move anywhere else just because of all those reasons. It’s a great place to live.

Selling our condo and moving into the Arlington has been great. The Owners are quick to see to repairs, and managers are at the top of the list and the neighbours are great. Would not hesitate to recommend this building to anyone.

We have been very happy living in the Squire for the last three years. The building and facilities are always exceptionally clean. The environment is very secure and we enjoy using the pool in the summer months. The managers are warm and friendly and willing to help when needs arise. We have found that tenants in this building are excellent neighbours, courteous and respectful of each other. Added touches; Christmas decorations and prompt snow removal in the winter and, in the summer, landscaping and the grounds maintenance continue to enhance the quality of the overall warmth and care of the building. We love it here and have no desire to live anywhere else.

We have lived in the Arlington for over 3 years, I have enjoyed every minute of it. The building is well maintained and clean. The managers are awesome and easy to deal with, any repair that is needed is dealt with very quickly. I would recommend the Arlington to anyone.

I have been a tenant in the apartment for some years and continually enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of both the exterior and interior of the building. This adult oriented apartment is close to shopping, buses and parks. The managers keep an immaculate building and in order to do this, everyone must follow rules which results in a quiet respectable place to live.

I enjoy living here because all the suites have a view and we’re close to the library and bus stop. I also like the large in suite storeroom. All problems reported are dealt with in a timely manner.

I have lived in the County Apts for over 10 years. This building has excellent on-site management. The proximity to downtown, amenities and the underground parking has made this ideal for me. I highly recommend living here.

I have found this building to be extremely well maintained and clean. The hallways are clean as is the laundry room, parking and pool. This residence is without unnecessary noise or disturbances. I feel safe and comfortable in this building with affordable rent.
